1. Who we are
Frosty Pup Co. (FrostyPup) is a store operated by Nortica Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Nortica Ventures LLC. Contact us at hello@frostypup.com. Our registered office is 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States.
These terms apply to use of this website and purchases from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, use only payment methods you are authorized to use, and keep account credentials secure. Notify us of unauthorized account use.
3. Products and personalization
Product descriptions, dimensions, materials and size charts on each listing form part of the product information. Screen colors may vary. Made-to-order and personalized products are produced using the options you submit, so check spelling, size, color and artwork before ordering. Availability may change. Items marked unavailable or in preparation are not available to order.
Use pet products according to their instructions and supervise your pet when appropriate. Inspect items for wear and discontinue use if damaged. No product is presented as veterinary treatment; seek veterinary advice for health concerns.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices and currency are shown on the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Review the total before submitting an order. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, a material pricing error, suspected fraud or a legal restriction. We will notify you and refund any payment for merchandise we cannot supply.
Price changes do not alter an accepted order. Promotions apply only under their displayed terms. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
5. Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping Policy explains production, delivery estimates, tracking and delivery issues. Where applicable law requires it, a delay beyond the promised shipment time will give you the option to agree to a revised date or cancel unshipped merchandise for a refund. Your mandatory rights relating to delivery and loss in transit remain unaffected.
6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our Return and Refund Policy applies. Report defects, damage or manufacturing/fulfillment errors within 30 days after delivery. We do not offer voluntary exchanges or returns for customer-selected sizing, color or personalization mistakes or a change of mind. Because orders are personalized or made to order, we do not accept voluntary cancellations or changes after an order is placed. Please verify all order details before purchase. Statutory cancellation and consumer remedies remain available where required by law.
7. Shopify and service providers
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Purchases through this store are made with Nortica Ventures LLC, not Shopify. We may use fulfillment partners, carriers and payment providers to perform parts of the service. Questions about your order should be sent to us.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared and how to exercise available privacy rights. Shopify also processes information under its Consumer Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property and submitted content
Store names, artwork, photographs and other content belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you. You may use this website for legitimate shopping and personal reference; commercial reproduction requires the relevant owner's permission. If you submit text or artwork for personalization, you confirm that you have the rights needed and authorize us and our fulfillment partners to use it to produce your order.
10. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, illegal activity, harassment, infringement, transmitting malicious software or attempting unauthorized access. We may restrict access needed to protect the service or comply with law. Such action does not remove an existing obligation to deliver paid orders or issue refunds when due.
11. External links and availability
Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Contact us if an interruption affects an order.
12. Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory product warranties or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights concerning defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods. The applicable law determines our responsibilities and your remedies.
13. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Delaware law and applicable United States federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law that applies to them. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date and providing any notice required by law. The terms provided at purchase continue to apply to existing orders. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
