Can I order now?

We are preparing the Brisa collection for our U.S. launch. Orders are not open yet. Sign up for launch news.

What is Brisa?

A coordinated collection for dogs and their people: walking accessories, bandanas, bowls and feeding mats, plus a tote, cap, sling bag and bottle. The feeding mat has no cooling function; the bottle is for people.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure before ordering and compare with the dimensions on the product page. Collar sizes are neck circumference ranges. The Paw Bandana is size S and intended for small pets; the Bandana Collar is available in XL.

How are products made and shipped?

Our designs are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Transit time is additional, and items in one order may arrive separately. We are preparing shipping to the United States; charges and available delivery services will appear at checkout. See our shipping policy.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because products are made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind or wrong-size returns or exchanges, except where required by law. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Read the returns policy before ordering. Do not send a return without instructions.

Use the product-specific instructions on its page and the label supplied with your item. If you are unsure, contact us before washing.
